Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before, through the link in your confirmation text. Later cancellations of self-pay visits are charged at 50%.
Payment
Card, cash, Apple Pay and Google Pay at reception. Employers can be invoiced monthly.
Documents
Receipt and visit summary emailed within 24 hours. Itemized receipts for out-of-network claims on request.
